Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
• Since our journals are produced using print-on-demand (POD), production times may vary slightly depending on demand.

Shipping Time

• Domestic (EU & US): Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after production.
• International: Delivery may take 10–20 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.

(All delivery times are calculated in business days/work days and exclude weekends & holidays.)

Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate €6.99.
• Free Worldwide Shipping: Available for all orders over €60 (≈ 2 journals).
• If express shipping becomes available, the option will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow your journal on its journey to you.
