Eligibility for Refunds

• The journal must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
• Digital products or downloads are non-refundable.

Return Process

2. Our team will review your request and provide you with the return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or denied.

Refunds

• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
